Big Dipper Effects is run by me, Jeff Nichter. I'm a recording engineer and guitarist from NC and I enjoy working with musicians to achieve their goals--often opting to take vintage circuits and add modern options for tonal flexibility. I'm available for repairs, modifications, pcb design, and custom work.
I'm very happy to have built my first amp (pictured below), a modified 5e3 "tweed deluxe" circuit with 6L6 output tubes and a bigger output transformer. I have a few other amp projects planned when time allows.
